Armoured Duct and Armoured Aerial Optical Cable is another cost-effective
variant of Direct-Buried Optical Cable. It has the basic characteristics
of Direct Buried Optical Cable, but with a more cost effective design.
For armoured aerial applications, a dual jackets with steel tape
is recommended due to the installation condition is more demanding.
The cable design is available in both LOOSE TUBE (JELLY or DRY)
and SLOTTED CORE. The diagram shown is for illustrative purpose
only.
