Direct Buried Optical Cable - Metallic or Non-Metallic Types
Direct Buried Optical Cable is designed to beplaced directly under the ground, by either trenching or ploughing. In the design, a layer of protection, either a metallic corrugated steel tape or non-metallic nylon or glass yarn, is formed between two polyethylene jackets. This layer able to provide a maximum protection against crush.

The cable design is available in both LOOSE TUBE (JELLY or DRY) and SLOTTED CORE. The diagram shown is for illustrative purpose only.
